Background:

Staff will share a portion of the presentation delivered to the Colorado Association of Ski Towns in August highlighting the Town’s Kamiwaza-powered deed restriction management system. The system is designed to improve the customer experience while serving as a force multiplier for staff—helping the Town administer deed restrictions more accurately, efficiently, and sustainably.
